Include these details.

It saves a round of questions and gets you an answer sooner.

  • Your browser and operating system
  • What you expected, what happened and how to reproduce it

Where do I download a product?

Paid products are downloaded from their resource page on BuiltByBit, signed in with the account you bought them with. HPixel is a free download on SpigotMC. Updates are published on the same pages.

How do I install an update?

Upload the new archive in Admin > Plugins > Import in your panel and confirm the update. The documentation for each product lists any extra steps.

Which versions are supported?

The Pelican products are tested on Pelican Panel 1.0.0-rc.2. HPixel runs on Spigot and Paper 1.21.4 or newer. The compatibility section on each product page is the reference.

The Liquid Glass panes look solid. Is that a bug?

Usually not. With transparency effects turned off in Windows, the System material shows solid panes. Open Appearance in the panel footer and set Material to Glass.

Should I send my panel login when asking for help?

No. We never need your panel password or API keys. Screenshots, versions and log excerpts are enough.
