What this website collects

The website has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or comments. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it does not load scripts, fonts or other content from third parties.

It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The products page keeps your search and filters in the address bar only, so they can be shared as a link.

Server logs

Like any web server, the server that delivers this website records technical data for each request: your IP address, the time, the requested page and your browser's user agent. We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure, and we do not combine it with other data. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Purchases and downloads

Paid products are sold through BuiltByBit. When you buy a product, BuiltByBit processes your account and payment information under its own privacy policy. As the seller we receive the purchase details BuiltByBit makes available to sellers, such as your BuiltByBit username, which we use to provide downloads, updates and support.

Free products such as HPixel are downloaded from SpigotMC, which processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from SpigotMC downloads.

Legal basis: the performance of the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Support

If you contact us, for example through a ticket on our Discord server, we process the information you send us to answer your request. Discord processes that data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside the European Union.

Legal basis: the performance of a contract when your request concerns a product you bought, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering questions (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep support conversations only as long as needed to resolve the request.
